Manage Members with Trainerize Interface

  • To add access:
    • Login to Trainerize
    • Click Clients
    • Click the desired clients
    • Simply add "HybridAF" in the Athlete Tags section
    • Wait 15 minutes and then in the Hybrid app under My Members they will show as active
    • The user gets a welcome email to download the app or the account activated app if they were already in the system but, not active anymore
  • To remove access:
    • Login to Trainerize
    • Click Clients
    • Click the desired clients
    • Simply remove the new "HybridAF" Athlete Tag from the client
    • Wait 15 minutes and then in the Hybrid app under My Members they will show under the inactive filter.
