Creating a Guest Pass

New Method
  1. Open the HybridAF app
  2. Go to the admin section of the app.
  3. Tap My Members
  4. Tap Guest Access
  5. Tap Generate Pass

  6. Enter the following information:
    1. Gym: Select the gym you want to grant the person access to.
    2. First Name: Enter the first name of the person who is going to access the gym.
    3. Last Name:  Enter the last name of the person you wish to grant access.
    4. Email:  Enter the email address of the person you wish to grant access.
    5. Expiration Date: Enter the date you want the guest pass to expire (Leave blank for unlimited)
    6. Max Uses:  If you want the user to only be allowed to unlock the door a certain number of times enter it here, if not leave it blank and they will be allowed to unlock the door an unlimited amount of times till the pass expires.
    7. Tap Send Invite
Old Method
  1. Open the HybridAF app
  2. Goo to the admin section of the app.
  3. Click Access Requests

  4. Click Generate Pass

    1. Gym: Select the gym you want to grant the person access to.
    2. First Name: Enter the first name of the person who is going to access the gym.
    3. Last Name:  Enter the last name of the person you wish to grant access.
    4. Email:  Enter the email address of the person you wish to grant access.
    5. Expiration Date: Enter the date you want the guest pass to expire.
    6. Max Uses:  If you want the user to only be allowed to unlock the door a certain number of times enter it here, if not leave it blank and they will be allowed to unlock the door an unlimited amount of times till the pass expires.
  5. Tap Send Invite.
  6. The User will then receive an email letting them know they have access to the gym.
